Nothing says its the Holiday’s like gingerbread and candy canes. I used these flavors and images through out the party but with soft pink pallet. I combined this with the birthday girls love of fairies to create a Candy Cane Fairy theme.
The dessert table featured traditional treats with a yummy candy cane twist.
Treats included; pudding, gingerbread cookies, marshmallow pops, cake pops, red velvet cupcakes, and mint hot chocolate.
The girls sipped mint hot chocolate on a fluffly pink picnic blanket by the fire.
The favors were handmade gifts, a very personal touch. I created rosette fairy wands {see tutorial} which also doubled as a centerpiece.
The birthday girl helped created the beautiful matching rosette hairbands. {see tutorial}

I used my tutu cupcake stand~ so easy to make. Punch holes into cake boards using a cropadile. Thread strips of tulle into the holes and tie off like a tutu. Place cake board of a regular cake stand. I hung gems to add a bit of sparkle
I added some sparkle to all the fairy wings on the cupcake toppers
Pack up left over treats in cute take out boxes decorated with large favor tags.
Grandma made a fairy outfit with wings for the American Girl Doll, she became the sweetest candy cane fairy
